Are you kidding me cause I have these types of dreams all the time. In fact I'm plagued by them practically nightly. I dream in color not black and white like most are claimed to do. Some of my dreams are just plain icky and some are pretty much vividly wild to say the least. .In fact I've taken sleep studies over this like you and I've been to a psychic as well. The psychic told I'm not alone, she said thousands among thousands suffer from this.
Out of body dreams are more common than anyone can imagime. Wet dreams like most people have are somewhat related to them but there is a really big difference. Unbelievable so a wet dream is what you experience when you've been most likely visited by someone experiencing an out of body dream of their very own. How can you tell if your simply dreaming or not is quite simple. If your eyes simply pop open after a dream you were just dreaming .If you find yourself more like frozen in place once you awaken you have just returned from an out of body experience. If your lucky like you and I are your paid to dream either way.

I need to explain this as well, not all dreams considered out of body are sexually sexually orientated. Just as often these dreams can be just as normal as what you do while being awake.
